Mr. Parker is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) [http://www.nosscr.org/] and am on its referral panel for claimants. He was a speaker to fellow Social Security Lawyers at the Disability Law Forum 2014 presented by TennBar U and the TBA Disability Law Section.

Mr. Parker served as the Past Chairperson of the Disability Section of the Tennessee Bar Association and he is presently on the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association Section on Disability which is the decision-making body for educating other lawyers on Social Security issues.
Personal
Mr. Parker has practiced law for more than 25 years and he has successfully handled hundreds of Social Security cases and has gotten millions of dollars for his clients. He regularly attends both national conferences and local Tennessee conferences and has been a presenter at two such law forums for the Tennessee Bar Association, speaking to other lawyers who practice Social Security Law.
