Bio

Mr. Toy is a Murfreesboro native who decided to start practicing law in order to make a difference in other’s lives. He is a graduate of Riverdale High School and MTSU, and he loves his community and is blessed to be able to serve. As an Eagle Scout and charter member of the Murfreesboro Downtown Barristers Lions Club, he understands the importance of being involved in the lives of those in our local community.

Mr. Toy graduated magna cum laude from Liberty University School of Law, and he is licensed to practice law here in Tennessee. He is a member for the Rutherford and Cannon County Bar Association, as well as the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Toy is also a member of Lawyers With Purpose and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
